He clearly explained what was wrong (heating element and thermostat), replaced the parts, cleaned out the inside of the dryer, and even took the time to oil the moving components. Came to my home and found the problem quickly. I thought I had the wrong amps for the oven thinking I was going to have to upgrade my electrical panel which would have cost me $6k. Nic started Appliserve in 2024 and now works out of Upland, which puts most of the Inland Empire within a short drive: Chino, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, Fontana, Glendora and Fullerton. It’s a small team, Nic and one technician. Nic answers calls and texts himself, explains the problem in plain words and gives you the price before any work starts.
